Setup an Account (for Candidates)

This guide will help you set up an account as a candidate / applicant.

It covers login / new accounts, including email verification and password setup, as well as how to initially set your notification preferences.

  1. Use Login / Create Account
  2. Enter your email address and Continue
  3. Check your email for a verification code and enter it
  4. (optional) Set your password and Continue
  5. Enter your full name, pronouns and Continue

Login / Create Account

Use Login / Create Account to start your account setup.

Any action that requires an account (e.g. saving a listing, creating an alert) will also prompt you to login or create an account (if you're not already signed in).

If this is your first time logging in, you'll be prompted to set a password:

Create Password

Choose a strong password for your account

Password requirements:

  • At least 10 characters
  • Contains at least one letter
  • Contains at least one number
  • Passwords match

Password requirements: Passwords must be at least 10 characters and include at least 3 of the following 4 character types: uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, special character. Both passwords must match. Passwords found in known data breaches will be rejected — choose a unique password that hasn't been used on other sites.

Session security: When you change your password, all other active sessions are automatically signed out. You will remain signed in on the device where you changed the password.

Enter your full legal name, preferred name, pronouns (optional), then Continue:

To avoid delays when creating listings, use your official legal name. This helps our team verify the authenticity of employers and their listings. Your name is kept private and is not visible to candidates.
