Role Description
About the Role
The Director of Development will lead all fundraising activities for the organization, including major gifts, corporate sponsorships, grant writing, and annual fund campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a multi-year fundraising plan targeting $2M+ annually
- Cultivate and steward relationships with major donors and corporate partners
- Oversee grant research, proposal writing, and reporting
- Lead a team of 3 development professionals
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive fundraising experience in the nonprofit sector
- Proven track record of securing major gifts ($10K+)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
