Reviewing an Application
Select "Review" on any application to open. This shows the listing details alongside the candidate's application, including their submitted documents and screening results:

If the listing includes screening questions, you can view the candidate's responses and whether they passed or failed:
To allow a candidate to re-submit, change the status to "Not Yet Reviewed" or "Under Review". The candidate will receive a notification that they can update their application and re-submit.

Updating Application Status
You can update the status of each application to keep track of where candidates are in your hiring process. These statuses are internal to your workflow.
